Delete your data
You can delete your Agency AI data at any time. Below are the three ways to do it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. Your ad accounts belong to you, so campaigns we built stay in your Meta and Google accounts until you pause them.

Three ways to delete
A. Disconnect Meta or Google
Use this to stop Agency AI from reading or changing an ad account.
For Meta, open Business Integrations in your Facebook settings and remove Agency AI. For Google, open the security settings in your Google Account, find your third-party connections, and remove Agency AI.
Access stops right away. Campaigns that Agency AI built keep running until you pause them.
B. Uninstall from Shopify
Use this to cancel and remove the app.
In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps, find Agency AI and choose Uninstall.
When you uninstall, we delete your store connection, brand profile, Meta and Google connections, recommendations and launch history.
C. Ask us to delete your account and data
Use this for a full deletion, including a web dashboard account.
Email hello@agencyai.app from the store owner’s address with the subject “Delete my data”.
